Hunter Valley Semillon has been described as the Hunter’s gift to the world of wine – Jancis Robinson MW, and this wine is made in a typical Hunter style, with minimal intervention.
Picked early in the season before the sun comes up and processed as soon as possible. Cold fermented and stored in tanks it is a wine high in acid with lemon & lime overtones.
Perfect wine to serve with fresh seafood or anything that could be served with a wedge of lemon.
