Blanc de Blanc – A traditional Sparkling wine, made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes.
The grapes were picked early in the season to maintain acidity which makes for a wine that is fresh with a dry finish.
It was left on lees in the bottle for 3 months before disgorgement and topped up with fresh new wine.
You may detect hints of peach and lemon.
